The Director of Wafer Level Products is responsible for owning and driving the global strategy for the WLP line of business, including Compound Semiconductor technologies. This role collaborates closely with various functions to deliver growth, achieve business objectives, and ensure effective execution against the line of business plan and strategy.

Create and own global strategy for WLP, including Compound Semiconductor products by targeting packaging and power applications related to Flip Chip, FO-WLP (silicon & organic), SiC, GaN, GaAsDevelop targeted strategies for regional and global commercial teams to deliver on revenue, margin, and volume objectivesPartner with global WLP commercial teams to obtain market intelligence (Voice of Customer) and set customer targets for the WLP line of businessCollaborate with tool OEMs to identify share gain opportunities at new and existing customersOwn and deliver WLP sales margin and volume budgets, including margin management and pipeline healthDevelop WLP and Compound Semiconductor product strategies for lifecycle management, pricing, and SKU optimizationCreate compelling product value propositions and ensure deployment at strategic customersPartner with marketing to develop strategic messaging and campaigns.Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and quality teams to ensure flawless execution for on-time delivery and best-in-class qualityDrive strategic account qualification processes, implement best practices, and ensure contingency planning

The typical base salary range for this position is between $ 169,232 and $ 253,848.
