Director - Investment Banking & Capital Raising (Buy Side)

Role Overview
Senior execution lead with responsibility across investment banking transactions, fundraising, and cross-border business development. Combines strong deal delivery with emerging origination and global client engagement.
Key Responsibilities

1. Deal Execution

1. Lead end-to-end execution across M&A, equity, and debt
2. Oversee modeling, valuation, diligence, and documentation
3. Manage internal teams and external advisors

2. Fundraising

1. Execute equity, debt, and structured capital raises
2. Support origination and pitch development
3. Engage institutional investors and manage roadshows

3. Global Business Development

1. Drive cross-border origination and stakeholders' coverage
2. Partner with regional teams on international deals
3. Build investor and client relationships

4. Client Management

1. Act as day-to-day client lead on transactions
2. Support senior relationship management

5. Team Leadership

1. Lead deal teams and mentor juniors
2. Ensure quality, timelines, and execution discipline

Qualifications & Experience

1. 10-15+ years in investment banking / capital markets
2. Strong transaction execution experience
3. Cross-border exposure preferred
4. MBA / CFA advantageous
