Description

Polsinelli is seeking a highly qualified and motivated associate to join our Corporate M&A practice in our Phoenix office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm and superb drafting and communication skills.
 
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of sophisticated business and transactional experience, with a strong emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex corporate transactions. This role involves substantial responsibility in drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary transaction documents, managing due diligence processes, and advising clients across a broad range of corporate matters, including financings, entity formation, governance, and commercial agreements. The associate will work closely with partners and clients throughout the lifecycle of transactions and be expected to handle multiple matters efficiently and independently. Candidates with an MBA or a finance or accounting background are preferred.
