Role Summary

A strategic CFO role for a dynamic precious metals start-up preparing for potential listing on the London Stock Exchange or AIM, focusing on scaling finance operations and supporting pre-IPO processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead long-term financial strategy and budgeting
2. Oversee financial reporting and regulatory compliance
3. Manage treasury, capital management, and fundraising efforts
4. Establish risk management and internal control frameworks
5. Prepare investor communications and support investor relations
6. Lead multi-jurisdictional tax planning and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

1. Senior financial leadership experience in high-growth or pre-IPO environments
2. Direct experience with listing processes and corporate governance
3. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with MBA or strong finance background
