Hays is partnered with a leading building materials and manufacturing business in Jeddah, KSA. The organisation is seeking a full-time Business Analyst to be a part of their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into insights, crafting compelling presentations, and influencing decision-makers across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, market trends, and operational data
• Support feasibility studies for new projects, initiatives, and business cases
• Develop clear, visually engaging presentations to communicate insights, recommendations, and strategic proposals
• Present findings and analysis to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a confident and professional manner
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to inform analysis and recommendations

Qualifications and Requirements:

• An MBA from a reputable university is required
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/ similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English required, Arabic is an advantage
