Position is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with additional hours as needed.

Job Title: AWM Trust Investment Officer Manager
Under the general guidance and direction of the AWM (Arvest Wealth Management) Chief Investment Strategist, the incumbent is responsible for implementing and executing AWM's trust investment strategy with the assigned team. Primary responsibilities include holding the trust investment team accountable for the investment management of general to complex fiduciary accounts, as well as various trust investment management processes. Works closely with the Bank President and AWM senior management team to meet company and regional goals and ensure the success of AWM initiatives. The incumbent provides valuable input to the AWM Chief Investment Strategist based on the day-to-day customer needs observed.
What You'll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)
• Drive fiduciary sales and service opportunities by communicating with Arvest partners to sell the benefits of AWM's Fiduciary Sales and Services teams (financial planning team, complex high net worth team, wealth advisors, etc.) to assist with more in-depth and comprehensive wealth and retirement strategies.
• Develop investment planning functions and approaches that result in measurable increases in fiduciary oversight and client sales. Monitor appropriate asset allocation in trust models to ensure client needs are met, losses are minimized, and audit guidelines are met.
• Implement and execute AWM's trust investment strategy by managing the trust investment managers, ensuring the team leverages all available products and uses appropriate asset allocation of portfolio investments to best meet the investment objective, while taking tax implications and clients' financial plan into consideration.
• Communicate general to complex and High Net Worth (HNW) investment solutions to a variety of associates with varying levels of trust investment knowledge.
• Provide valuable input and guidance to the Chief Investment Strategist regarding overall market strategy, as well as guidance and assistance to other portfolio managers, trust investment managers, and portfolio specialists.
• Oversee the investment decisions of AWM's trust investment portfolios. Ensure trust investment portfolios are all within investment policy guidelines. Assume responsibility for the overall performance of the trust investment accounts.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of presentations to clients and prospects with complex and difficult investment strategy needs. Ensure AWM Portfolio Management research, trade rationale, philosophy, and process are communicated to other Arvest Wealth Management associates (written and verbally).
• Maintain a broad knowledge of investment securities and markets, as well as market conditions, which are needed to provide oversight of buy and sell orders for investment securities.
• Recommend additions/deletions to the trust investment strategy product listing and policy guidelines.
• Investigate and evaluate business conditions that directly affect assigned securities, companies, and industries.
• Remain current and knowledgeable about traditional and alternative investments as well as related issues that affect those investments (economy, markets, finance).
• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferably Finance, Accounting or Economics) required.
• 10 years of experience managing investment portfolios or analyzing investment securities or related experience required.
• 5 years of trust, sales and/or customer service experience required.
• Proven ability to assist complex to HNW trust clients during 5 consecutive years required.
• FINRA Series 7 license required.
• FINRA Series 65 or 66 (or 63/65 combination exam) required.
• FINRA Series 24 required or the ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Life/Health/Annuity licenses required or the ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
• In-depth knowledge of trust investment and fiduciary products and services required.
• Knowledge of fiduciary management techniques required.
• Knowledge of management and sales techniques required.
• Knowledge of investment concepts, terminology, styles, models, strategies and fundamental investment factors required.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts, methods, and their application to trust investments is required.
• Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
Preferred:
• Relevant credentials or designations such as: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and/or Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA).
Physical Demands:
