Our client, a leading healthcare organisation in Singapore, is searching for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager / Senior Manager This strategic role is integral to driving business decisions through financial insights, data analytics, and performance management. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to support business growth, mergers and acquisitions and operational excellence.

As FP&A Manager, you will lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts and long-term financial projections, ensuring timely and accurate management reporting for decision-making. You will develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business performance and new initiatives. Partnering with business units, you will provide actionable financial insights that drive growth and profitability, leveraging tools such as Power BI to translate data into meaningful intelligence. Additionally, you will play a key role in M&A activities, including evaluation, due diligence and post-merger integration, preparing valuation models and investment proposals for senior management.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business with professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or MBA considered an advantage. You should have at least five years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance or management reporting, and be proficient in Power BI, Excel, and financial modeling. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities are essential, along with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the healthcare industry will be highly regarded.
