The Transplant Program at Washington University in St. Louis is a national leader in kidney transplantation and is one of the largest and most experienced teams in the nation. Since 1963, the program has transplanted over 7,000 patients with an average of 350 kidney transplant per year.
Transplant Nephrology Section is home to the Midwest Transplant Symposium and to the Washington Manual of Transplant Nephrology. It is a primary site for several NIH and pharmaceutical clinical trials with a wide range of transitional and outcome research.
The Division of Nephrology at WashU Medicine is seeking to hire a Transplant Nephrologist at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to join a group of 7 transplant nephrologists, 4 nurse practitioners, and two transplant nephrology fellows. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
