Investment Banking Analyst/Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst (2-7 Years)
RCK Analytics is looking for an experienced Analyst/Senior Analyst in our Investment Banking practice.
Job Description:
- Provide deep insights on the sectors and companies under coverage for our global clients.
- Create company profiles, executive summaries, competitive landscapes, investment decks, industry reports, financial analysis and benchmarking, information memorandums, newsletters, pitchbooks, idea generation, etc.
- Maintain target industry’s key databases, handle ad-hoc research requests as per client requirements
- Creation of valuation models including but not limited to merger models, LBO models, DCF valuation, capital structure modelling, etc.
- Client communication for project execution and ensuring quality delivery
- Be responsible for quality checks and client deliverables

Requirements
Requirements:
- Education: CFA/MBA (Finance from the reputed premium institute)
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in investment banking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of databases such as Factset, YCharts, Bloomberg, CapIQ, Reuters, and Merger market
- Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times and ability to follow deadlines, and willingness to learn
