We are looking for candidates to join the Data Analytics team within our Financial Research group based in Bengaluru. The team partners closely with teams across Financial Research, as well as with Front Office and Technology functions, to manage critical data processes and deliver structured analytical support across the firm’s quantitative and discretionary investment strategies.
WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY-TO-DAY
In this role, you will work closely with senior research analysts covering companies and industries across global credit markets, providing structured analytical and financial modeling support that underpins active company coverage. You will build and refine financial models, benchmark operational and valuation metrics, and perform in-depth financial analysis to support ongoing research initiatives. Additionally, you will synthesize insights from industry and company conference calls and develop quarterly earnings materials. You will contribute to research
deliverables by interpreting financial information, highlighting key trends and variances, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across models and supporting documentation. Your role will support ongoing company coverage and provide structured analytical inputs that feed into broader research and investment processes.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate should hold-
Basic qualifications:
- An MBA in Finance or an equivalent professional qualification (CFA) with 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial research or credit-focused analytical roles
- The ability to demonstrate a robust understanding of fundamental corporate credit analysis principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with robust attention to detail
Preferred qualifications:
- Exposure to investment-grade or high-yield credit markets, or corporate credit analysis of US or European borrowers
