3. Fluent in Mandarin
4. Top Academic Background from globally leading universities

Nice-to-Have:

1. Specific sector depth in TMT, consumer, healthcare, industrials, or financials

Prior experience integrating alternative data into a fundamental process

CFA, MBA, or relevant postgraduate qualification

For Passive Candidates:

You do not need to be actively looking to explore this. If you are in a good China-focused seat but feel under-leveraged on platform quality, PM access, or the calibre of the process around you, or if you are on the private side and have been thinking about the move into public equities, a short confidential conversation is worth your time.
