• Senior Associate, Investor Relations Location: Beijing, China

• The company is a prestigious international private equity fund with a strong global presence and a commitment to excellence. They are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Associate to join their Investor Relations team in Beijing, focusing on institutional clients in China.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients in China, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Communications: Prepare and deliver clear and compelling presentations, reports, and other communications to clients, providing updates on fund performance, investment strategies, and market insights.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Chinese market and provide insights to the Investor Relations team.
• Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and other events to engage with current and potential clients.
• Reporting: Produce high-quality reports and updates for the Head of China Investor Relations and senior management, highlighting key client interactions and feedback.
• Compliance: Ensure all investor communications and activities comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to the highest standards of governance and ethics.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in investor relations, private equity, asset management, or a related financial services field, with a focus on institutional clients.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Language: Native Proficiency in Mandarin and business level English.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Beijing.
